Deep Relief is an oil blend bottled in a handy roll-on applicator. It contains the following hardworking oils:

Peppermint – anti-inflammatory
Lemon – historically has been used for arthritis and muscle soreness

I did a search in my Higley Reference Guide and here are the recommendations for its use:

How To Apply Deep Relief

To apply Deep Relief, just roll it on the area where you are experiencing pain. This is a “hot” oil, so you do not want to apply it directly on an open wound. It would be better to apply it around the area.

For tension headaches: apply to your temples (keep out of eyes), across the brow, and on the back of your neck.

Personal Testimony

In my own experience, I have been so thankful for Deep Relief often.

Here are a couple of examples:

A few months ago I fell in my kitchen on my tailbone- and let me tell you- tile floor is not very forgiving! It was so painful that I could not function normally and was couch ridden for a few days. It took me a couple of months to get back to normal, but I am so thankful I did not have to get any pain medication. I was able to use Deep Relief, rolled 3-4 times a day on location, and it took away the pain! I am also convinced that it contributed to my healing faster, as it seemed other people I had talked to with the same problem had pain for a much longer period of time.

I also love to use Deep Relief rolled on my shins. I have started working out again and often get shin splints. I had not found anything that worked at keeping the pain away, until I tried Deep Relief.
